In some cases, promotional discounts may be offered on subscription orders in the form of discounted product pricing or reduced shipping costs. These promotional offers may in some cases apply to the first order only, and subsequent subscription shipments will be billed at the regular price without the promotional discount. All subscription terms, including pricing for future shipments, will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
GL-ME ships to addresses located in the United States and internationally via USPS. Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. International customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties upon delivery. Orders generally ship within 72 business hours of the time of placement. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 days, depending on location. Delivery time for international orders varies based on location.
Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after it has been submitted, please contact customer support immediately by email help@gl-me.com. You must contact us as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we attempt to ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.
At GL-ME, we honor a 90-day return period, which means you have up to 90 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. All purchases from GL-ME including sale items are covered under this guarantee, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and packaged in its original box. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
